Desert Heart is the creation of artist Deborah Sparshott.  After working in a variety of art and craft mediums, she chose jewelry to be her means of expression. 

Initially producing one-of-a-kind designs for galleries across the country, Deborah’s work evolved into a large, lovely line of affordable art-to-wear, appealing to women who appreciate its spirit, unusual components and versatility.

Desert Heart remains proudly made by hand in America, by a small group of dedicated craftsmen.  Our work is produced in the dramatic Chihuahuan desert mountain community of Alpine, in West Texas, and in Denver, Colorado.
